Fraine Fledderman brings over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to his role at Anchored. With a deep commitment to service, he dedicated 26 years to the military, gaining invaluable experience that enriches his approach to mental health care.

Fraine’s passion for helping others has taken him across diverse communities, including six years on a Native American reservation in the Dakotas, where he provided in-home therapy and support. His work reflects a lifelong dedication to empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges and build fulfilling lives.

Outside of Anchored, Fraine enjoys life on the water with his loyal Australian shepherd, Kota. He’s a proud father to two children, Allie and Andrew, and an avid fan of UGA football. Whether he’s cheering on the Bulldogs or soaking in the tranquility of waterfront living, Fraine’s heart for family, community, and connection shines through in all he does.
