Renee Bolin is a behavioral health and peer recovery professional with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health challenges. As a Certified Peer Specialist–Addictive Disease (CPS-AD) and Certified Forensic Peer Specialist, Renee combines professional expertise with lived experience to provide hope, encouragement, and practical support throughout the recovery journey.
Renee has worked across prevention, recovery support, justice-involved reentry, and community outreach, developing programs and partnerships that connect individuals to treatment, housing, employment, and other essential resources. She is also the creator of Hope Behind the Walls™, a recovery-focused curriculum designed to prepare incarcerated individuals for successful reentry.
Renee is passionate about helping others discover that recovery is possible and empowering them to rebuild their lives, strengthen their families, and find purpose beyond addiction. Outside of her work, she enjoys hiking, working out, exploring the outdoors, and embracing adventure through activities like hang gliding and skydiving. For Renee, recovery and adventure are both about taking leaps of faith every day. 🪂
